Acousti-Vane Splitter Silencers — Low · Moderate · High Pressure Drop
Universal Silencer's Acousti-Vane silencer is a duct-mounted splitter (baffle) silencer designed for HVAC fans, industrial ventilation systems, and process vent lines. The Acousti-Vane comes in standard cross-sections and lengths that cover a wide range of applications and provide economical solutions to a broad range of noise conditions. It is available in three standard pressure drop configurations and can be adapted for non-standard or application-specific configurations. The steel frame has high sound transmission loss, and the standard two-coat paint system is rated to 300°F.
Acousti-Vane Models
Designed for applications where minimizing pressure drop is the primary concern. Provides moderate noise attenuation with the lowest resistance to airflow. Suitable for HVAC systems and ventilation applications where fan energy efficiency is critical.
