Dürr Universal Silencers's vacuum pump liquid separator silencers are used to remove liquid from gas flow vacuum systems for either liquid-sealed rotary positive blowers or liquid ring vacuum pumps. Separator silencers may be required for both the inlet (vacuum) and the discharge (atmospheric) sides of a vacuum system. The vacuum pump or blower discharge is normally extremely noisy and requires a high-performance separator silencer. Rectangular Wet Vacuum Separator
Rectangular body liquid separator silencer for vacuum pump inlet service. Removes liquid from the gas stream before it enters the vacuum pump, providing both corrosion protection and noise attenuation. Standard rectangular cross-section for easy duct integration.
Universal Wet Vacuum Separator
Round body liquid separator silencer for vacuum pump inlet service. Provides liquid removal and noise attenuation in a compact cylindrical package. Available in a range of pipe sizes for different vacuum system capacities.
Rectangular Wet Separator Inlet
Rectangular inlet separator for applications requiring primarily liquid removal with moderate noise attenuation. Provides corrosion protection for the vacuum pump by removing most process liquid before it enters the pump.
Universal Wet Separator Inlet
Round body inlet separator for vacuum pump protection. Removes process liquid from the vacuum stream to protect pump internals from corrosion and wear. Moderate noise attenuation.
Rectangular Vacuum Compressor Silencer
Rectangular body high-performance separator silencer for vacuum pump discharge. The vacuum pump or blower discharge is normally extremely noisy and requires a high-performance separator silencer. The RVCS provides both liquid separation and significant noise attenuation on the discharge (atmospheric) side.
Universal Vacuum Compressor Silencer
Round body high-performance separator silencer for vacuum pump discharge. Combines liquid separation with high insertion loss noise attenuation for the noisy discharge side of vacuum systems. Available in a range of sizes for different system capacities.
Rectangular Vacuum Rotary Silencer
Rectangular body discharge silencer specifically designed for liquid ring vacuum pumps. Addresses the characteristic noise profile of liquid ring pump discharge, which differs from rotary positive blower discharge.
