PEECO Flow Switches
Rated to 10,000 PSI — All Stainless Steel or Any Machinable Metal
PEECO High Pressure Flow Switches — To 10,000 PSI
PEECO high pressure flow switches extend the proven PEECO flow-actuated mechanism to extreme pressure service — up to 10,000 PSI. The heavy-wall body and reinforced internals are constructed from all 316 stainless steel as standard, with any machinable metal available for corrosive or exotic fluid service.
Like all PEECO switches, the high pressure model is actuated by flow velocity — not pressure differential — making it insensitive to pressure fluctuations. Each switch is custom-engineered for the application. Explosion proof enclosures are available for hazardous locations.
316 Stainless Steel
Standard for high-pressure service. Excellent corrosion resistance for most process fluids.
Monel 400
For seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and reducing acids. Superior corrosion resistance.
Hastelloy C-276
For highly corrosive environments including oxidizing acids, chlorides, and wet chlorine.
Inconel 625
For high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive service.
Titanium
For seawater and chloride-containing environments where maximum corrosion resistance is required.
Custom Alloys
Any machinable metal available — specify fluid and conditions for material recommendation.
Custom-Engineered to Order
PEECO high pressure flow switches are not off-the-shelf items. To request a quote, provide: fluid type, pipe size, flow rate range, operating pressure (maximum), operating temperature, electrical requirements (voltage, amperage, switch action), and area classification.
