Clark Reliance introduced conductivity probe technology to the boiler industry in 1959. Today NCI stocks and supplies the full range — traditional T, V, ZG, and FG probes plus brazed and compression-type probes — for Water Columns, Electro Eye-Hye systems, Turbine Water Induction Protection (TWIP), and Levalarms.

Full Selection of Conductivity Probes

Clark Reliance offers traditional conductivity probes, brazed conductivity probes (retrofitable), and compression-type brazed conductivity probes. With the most extensive field experience in the industry, Clark Reliance conductivity probes are designed for Water Columns, Electro Eye-Hye systems, Turbine Water Induction Protection (TWIP) systems, and Levalarms.

Probe Repairability: System economy is enhanced by the availability of off-the-shelf Probe Repair Kits. Replaceable parts include gaskets and other components susceptible to routine wear. Repair kits are available for ZG and FG probes.

Probe Length Numbering

Length measured from gasket surface of probe fitting body. First two digits = whole inches; third digit = additional 1/8". Example: T236 = T-Probe, 23-6/8" length.

Brazed Conductivity Probes (Retrofitable)

Brazed probes offer one-piece construction with high reliability for harsh applications or boilers that cycle frequently. Each probe is tested with three separate methods to ensure reliability across a wide range of boiler applications with variable water chemistry.

ZBRZ020ZB BrazedMax 1800 PSI (120 Bar)

One-piece brazed probe with 2 gaskets. Designed for pressures up to 1800 PSI (120 Bar). High reliability for harsh applications or boilers that cycle frequently. Average service life 5 years.

Compatible with: ZB1800 Series Electrolev systems (EL450 to EL1800)

Non-brazed ZG type (rated to 1800 PSI) also available for traditional applications.

Compression-type brazed probe with replacement coupling nut. Designed for pressures up to 3000 PSI (200 Bar). No gaskets means low risk for leakage in especially high pressure and frequent cycling applications. Proven in many extremely harsh applications. Average service life 5 years.

Compatible with: ESB3000 Series Electrolevs or TWIP systems

Compression-type design eliminates threaded connections for maximum reliability.
