Engineering Highlights
Pitch-Adjusted Design
Each propeller is built to match the customer's performance needs with calculated pitch-to-diameter ratios.
Maximized Power Utilization
Proprietary pitch-adjusted designs maximize both performance and utilization of available power.
Investment Cast
Precision investment casting ensures consistent geometry and surface finish on every unit.
Dynamically Balanced
Balanced to ISO 1940-G6.3 — the same standard used in precision industrial rotating equipment.
CFD Designed
Computational fluid dynamics modeling optimizes blade geometry for real-world petrochemical tank conditions.
Real-World Tested
Validated through years of field testing in active petrochemical and blending applications.
The Series 500 is engineered specifically for challenging fluid services that demand robust construction, flexible sealing, and reliable long-term performance:
The Series 500 is available with two wetted component material options to match the corrosivity and temperature requirements of your application:
Standard — Cast Iron
Cast iron wetted components for asphalt, bitumen, hot gas oil, and other non-corrosive high-temperature applications.
Upgraded — 316 Stainless Steel
316SS wetted components for high-sulfur chemical, biofuels, tall oil, and other caustic or corrosive fluid services.
A variety of sealing configurations allow flexibility in determining the best fit for the application. All seal options are designed for ease of field maintenance.
Single Mechanical Seal
Standard configuration for most special-application service. Suitable for asphalt, biofuels, and chemical blends where a single seal provides adequate containment.
Double Mechanical Seal with Thermo-Siphon System
Two-seal arrangement with a thermo-siphon barrier fluid system. Recommended for high-temperature, high-sulfur, or hazardous fluid applications requiring secondary containment.
Stuffing Box
Compression packing arrangement for applications where mechanical seals are not suitable. Field adjustable and serviceable without removing the mixer from the tank.
Double mechanical seal shown with optional Thermo-Siphon system.
