Series MSL — High-Intensity Halogen Illumination for Sightglasses & Sight Flow Indicators
The Series MSL-100 is a UL-1571 listed mini sight light providing high-intensity illumination for sightglasses and sight flow indicators in non-hazardous locations. Manufactured in the USA from Type 304 stainless steel with fully gasketed joints and completely machined external surfaces, the MSL-100 is water tight, dust tight, and ideal for frequent washdowns.
The Series MSL uses a powerful 120V / 100W Tungsten Halogen bulb matched with a conical reflector to provide maximum light output. Rated for 120 volts and 100 watts makes wiring simple and straightforward. An optional 24V version is available in 20W, 50W, and 100W ratings. The HI-LED upgrade version is also available — offering 40,000–45,000 hour lamp life at 93% less energy.
The MSL's clean, compact, all stainless steel design has no fins, threads, or other areas to collect dust, dirt, or bacteria — protecting batch integrity and making cleaning easier. No external power supply or transformer is required.

It is not a standard LED bulb — custom designed to save energy, provide uniform light, and extend lamp life to reduce overall operating costs. The LED array has been LM80 tested and is approved for the Energy Star program.
