Jensen Mixers International
Innovations that set Jensen apart — built to keep plants and workers safe since 1950
When A.C. Jensen designed the first side-entry mixer, he addressed specific application challenges he had experienced working in the petroleum industry — most importantly, worker safety. He pioneered the vari-angle (swivel) design and pitch-adjusted propellers that have set Jensen apart from the competition for over 70 years.
As Jensen's mixers have evolved, key features like Petro-Block, the Phoenix Propeller, Sentry Notification System, and First-Watch have been incorporated — not only built to last and easy to maintain, but the most advanced mixers on the market today.
Petro-Block
See a leak. Pull the handle. Plan the repair.
Requiring only seconds to activate, the Petro-Block is 99% effective in keeping product where it belongs — in the tank. A simple pull of the handle stops the flow of tank fluid immediately. The system resets during the standard lock-off procedure, converting emergency repairs into minor inconveniences.

Phoenix Propeller
Improved efficiency. Optimized thrust. Focused petrochemical performance.
Developed with 15 years of research and real-world testing, the Phoenix Propeller is designed specifically for petrochemical applications. Each propeller is size and pitch-adjusted to match the specific application's pitch-to-diameter ratio, maximizing performance and power utilization.
Sentry Notification System
Contain the leak. Alert the team. Protect the site.
The Sentry Notification System buys you time before leaks spill on the ground. It allows for early and temporary tank product containment in the event of a mechanical seal breach, preventing tank contents from reaching the ground and giving your team time to respond.
First-Watch Notification System
Warns you of a leak before it becomes a problem.
The First-Watch system gives you time to react when a mixer seal needs attention. Three inspection ports allow technicians and drones to visually monitor levels easily. The bottom port displays seal lubrication fluid and any invading tank contents. The middle port is designed with a 1" NPT for mounting electronic sensors.
Draw-Lock
Simple, logical, and fast.
The Draw-Lock was introduced to make Jensen's already-fast lock-off procedures even easier. A simple turn of an Allen wrench completes the lock-off, furthering Jensen's reputation for user-friendly maintenance procedures.
Variable Angle (Swivel) Design
Pioneered by Jensen — still unmatched.
A.C. Jensen pioneered the vari-angle (swivel) design over 70 years ago to address specific application challenges in the petroleum industry. The ability to adjust the mixer angle allows operators to optimize mixing patterns for different tank geometries and fluid conditions. A mechanical actuator is available as an option on swivel angle designs.
Remanufacturing & Repair
Complete mixer remanufacture, gearbox repair, new mechanical seals, or actuator replacement. Ship your used equipment and Jensen technicians will perform a complete remanufacturing and discuss options to update to today's design.
On-Site Assistance & Training
Jensen trained technicians can visit your site for one-on-one training or to work with your team on common maintenance procedures — complete mixer installs, gearbox replacement, mechanical seal exchange, and more.
