Why "The Problem Solver"?

The inline port configuration places the inlet and outlet on opposite ends of the valve body — matching the straight-through pipe run of most existing duplex filter and cooler installations. This makes the 6-Way Inline the drop-in retrofit solution when a same-side port valve cannot be accommodated, and the preferred choice for new systems where a straight pipe run is required.

6-Way Inline Port Transfer Valve

A 6-way transfer valve controls fluid flow between two parallel circuits — typically a duplex filter or duplex cooler system — allowing one circuit to remain in service while the other is isolated for maintenance, cleaning, or element replacement. The 6-way valve has six ports: common inlet, common outlet, two filter/cooler inlets, and two filter/cooler outlets.

The HYCOA 6-Way Inline Port valve places the common inlet and common outlet on opposite ends of the valve body, creating a straight-through pipe run. This configuration is the natural fit for new duplex installations and the proven retrofit for existing systems where the piping runs straight through. No piping modifications are required when replacing a competitive inline-port valve.

The patented resilient sealing shoe provides true zero leakage across all operating conditions. The retracting actuator delivers zero frictional drag on change-over. Positive mechanical lockdown holds the seal firmly in place with no springs required. No lubricant is needed for operation.
