About the DuraMix 8000 Series
The DuraMix 8000GM-B is the original SuperKlean steam-cold water mixing station — the product that established SuperKlean's reputation as the industry leader. For facilities with a central steam boiler, the 8000GM-B mixes live steam with cold water to produce tempered hot water on demand, eliminating the need for a separate water heater at each washdown station.
The bronze construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability in the most demanding food processing, dairy, and meat packing environments. The globe valve design provides precise, proportional control of the steam-to-cold water ratio, allowing operators to dial in the exact output temperature needed for their application.
