HICORP Transfer Valves
Continuous Flow · Zero Leakage · Four Porting Configurations · API 614
Positive Mechanical Shoe-Seal Technology
The HICORP 6-way transfer valve routes a single process inlet to one of two equipment-train outlets — continuously, without interrupting flow. Unlike traditional O-ring designs, the positive mechanical shoe-seal system retracts during changeover to eliminate friction and wear, then locks into place for true zero-leakage shutoff.
Available in four porting configurations to match your piping layout. Select the configuration below that matches how your inlet and outlet headers are arranged.
Sizes: 1½″ – 6″
Common inlet and both equipment-train outlets on the same face of the valve body. Eliminates crossover piping — ideal for parallel duplex filter installations.

Sizes: 1½″ – 6″
Inlet on one side, both outlets on the opposite side. Suits installations where the supply header and equipment trains approach from different directions.

Sizes: 1½″, 3″, 4″, 6″
Inlet and active outlet aligned on the same axis — straight-through flow produces the lowest pressure drop of any 6-way configuration. Standard for turbine lube oil systems.

Sizes: 1½″ – 6″
Two independent flow paths in a single body. Both streams switch simultaneously with one operator action — the compact solution for dual-stream lube oil systems.

Not sure which porting configuration you need?
The correct configuration depends on how your inlet and outlet headers are positioned relative to the valve. Share a piping sketch or isometric with our applications engineers and we will confirm the right selection for your installation.
