Unique to Enduratraps are the easily renewable stainless steel internals. Readily available from Clark-Reliance, renewable internals allow Enduratraps to remain in service years beyond conventional steel fabricated or cast iron types.

Available in 1/2" and 3/4" vertical and horizontal models, Enduratraps represent maximum steam conservation per steam trap dollar. Manufactured from only premium quality materials, these high performance traps are designed for widespread applications in manufacturing, chemical, food processing, power generating and other major industries.

Specific Applications Clark-Reliance Enduratraps should be specified when complete and rapid removal of condensate is essential. Typical equipment installations include steam systems serving steam mains, desuperheaters, autoclaves, cooking kettles, stills, evaporators, water heaters, sterilizers, cylinder or drum dryers, plus numerous applications requiring similar trap performance. Parts include bucket, lever, seat, disc lock, and bracket. Seat and disc parts are identical for both vertical and horizontal Enduratrap models. All other renewable parts must be specified for specific model types.

Duo-Step Leverage is an exclusive Clark-Reliance feature employing two trap lever fulcrums. This design produces added force to "crack" trap valves and also allows the extended travel required to open orifices fully - preventing wire drawing. Duo-Step Leverage allows larger discharge orifices without increasing trap size.

Inlet Stand Pipe improves Enduratrap reliability by preventing the loss of trap prime.

Center Guide Tube directs flow of water to bottom of trap, minimizing water hammer. Guide tube also assures proper alignment of operating parts, prohibiting bucket from touching trap walls and allowing positive closing of trap valve. Trap performance is greatly improved, particularly in light duty situations.

Drain Port facilitates periodic removal of drain sediment and dirt from horizontal Enduratrap models. Drain ports are standard features on only strainer equipped models -optional on horizontal models.

Valve Assembly features heat treated seat and disc for superior wear resistance and extended service life. All Valve Assembly components are renewable.
